Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic Site:- The museum is spilt into three parts: the birthplace of Martin Luther King, Jr., Ebenezer Baptist Church, where he officiated, and his memorial site. Visit them online at www.nps.gov Oakland Cemetery:- The historical cemetery is where many soldiers from the Civil War are buried as well as Bobby Jones and the author of the legendary story, “Gone With The Wind,” Margaret Mitchell. Jimmy Carter Library and Museum:- The museum highlights the personal and professional life of former U.S. President Jimmy Carter with a replica of the Oval Office. The Centennial Olympic Park:- Want to see where the 1996 Olympics were held? Go visit Centennial Olympic Park. They have many exciting events year-round such as Music@Noon where live music is played while you can sit outside and enjoy your lunch. It is held from April through October.
